Identification and advise on whether it’s a good deal

Hi, I am pretty new to fountain pens and the forum. Would like some advise on pens identification and also comments on a deal I saw locally at a second hand shop. 
 

Can any one tell me what these pens are and whether 110usd for them is a good deal? Thanks guys.

I cannot identify a single fountain pen among the lot. A couple could be fountain pens, but they are capped so I couldn't tell. They appear to be ballpoint pens with the possible exception of the two capped pens.
