Is there a web page, a blog or a post on FPN, where I can find all the older models No-Nonsense colors?

Any source is appreciated, especially from fellow collectors of the cute, affordable and understated fountain pen.

Rollerballs work too, as I have heard that they can be converted to fountain pens easily.

There are so many! In addition to plain colors, there are pens with graphics such as Norman Rockwell-themed, Peanuts, seasons, music, flowers, not to mention advertising designs. At one point I had maybe 20 designs. I still have two, a city and a sun. Some of the advertising pens have graphics in addition to text. For instance, I've got a Jack-in-the-Box (the restaurant) pen with a flag/eagle themed cap.

There are also demonstrator and fighter versions.

I'll see if I can find some photos

Here's a small selection. Not shown, but in addition to the solid colors, the pens with designs, and the advertising pens, there are also translucent pens and the "Vintage" series (the Vintage series is very difficult to google, if I recall correctly they have gold cap ring and gold-plated nib). I am aware of at least 10 solid colors including black, white, yellow, red, orange, brighter orange (similar to the Imperial cadmium color), blue, brown, green, and grey.

Wait!  They had a Donald Duck one!?  My friend who gave me the Pelikan M200 with the Bayer Aspirin logo on it as a gag gift -- she got it from someone on Freecycle (!), not realizing that was probably a $100+ US pen -- is a HUGE Donald Duck collector (for Christmas I got her a plastic Donald Duck standup figure that turn out to be piggy bank, and a small ceramic Donald Duck figure).  And at some point, I just KNOW she's gonna need one of those as well....

Uh, I tried to go on that link and got a popup warning me that that site may be impersonating the "real" site.... :o

No fear, Ruth. It's just that the site's encription certificate has expired several months ago. Being paranoid by default (with good reasons, given the abundance of scams), browsers pop up the impersonating warning as soon as a valid certificate is no longer available, even if the site is still legit.

Regarding the No-Nonsense, case the OP has not still seen it, in Jim Mamoulides' PenGallery, at his Penhero web site, has a nice article on the No-Nonsense, including photos of the Old Timer and stainless models of the pen. The page can be found at:

Regards.

So, more than she paid (including the cost of gasoline to where ever she got the M200 from), you say?  LoL!  (The plastic Donald Duck bank I ran across at an estate sale company's showroom sale cost more -- it was $8 US.  I went mostly because it looked like there was a Parker 61 in one of the listing photos, and sure enough, that's what it was -- and didn't have cracks in the plastic, either!   So, ten bucks total for the pen and the bank (the pen didn't have a price tag on it -- the cashier just round up to an easy figure for both, but of naturally, I didn't argue... B)).

Looks like there are quite a few of the plain colors or advertising pens on eBay at reasonable prices. You can swap a fountain pen section into the ballpoint versions. The calligraphy nibs can be swapped out to nibs from Sheaffer school pens (just be gentle so you don't break the feeds).

I have extra fountain pen sections if anyone needs to convert a ballpoint.

Um, well, yeah -- did a quick look at eBay yesterday and saw that listing.  And NOT paying that much for a ballpoint....  No way, no how.  ESPECIALLY after paying $15 US for a sterling Ciselé Parker 75 set at an estate sale (plus about $6 for a replacement fill for the BP plus who knows how much for nib work or a replacement nib on the FP).  But that kind of money for a ballpoint?  Not happening -- EVER.  At least not at this house....

I predicted it would be out of your price range.

That you did.  Even while GROSSLY underestimating what the price range would be....

Of course, I suspect that the Inoxcrom "TinTin" pen I won in a contest/PiF on here a number of years ago is probably lost in her house....  And I wanted that pen rather than the cheap Chinese pen that was 1st Prize because her father was from Galicia, in the northwest corner of Spain, and because I knew she was a HUGE fan of the "TinTin" comics (and because she got me the Pelikan M200 with the Bayer Aspirin logo on the barrel on Freecycle for me as a gag gift -- not realizing that it was probably a $100+ pen when NEW; the box it came in seemed to be in pristine condition, and I don't think the pen had EVER been used -- just given out as some sort of swag or retirement gift and shoved in a drawer for years until someone put it up on Freecycle...).

What is the name of the last No-Nonsense color?

"Conversion to a fountain pen is easy.  Unscrew the RB section, use a paper clip to yank the spring out of the barrel, insert a NN nib unit, or a Balance II/Connaisseur nib unit.  I'm pretty sure you know someone who has  some of the NN and "vintage" (gold plated NN) nibs" invaluable info from Ron Z for No-Nonsense enthusiasts.

No Nonsense nib units are also available at auction sites.  Nib units in the Sheaffer Calligraphy pen sets will fit the No Nonsense.

My father ran a precision tool and die shop in the late 1900s.  One year they bought several hundred white No Nonsense ballpoints with the company name and logo in bright metallic blue on the barrel and cap.  Each of his children got one and, after his death, I found five more in his home desk.  All six are now very smooth writing fountain pens.  As @Anne-Sophiewrote the conversion was very easy.
