Sheaffer Dokumental 303 refills?

As I go through the boxes of stuff I have, I sometimes come across something that looks fun.  I found an old Sheaffer ballpoint in one box, that used a Dokumental 303 refill.   Does anyone know of any newer refills that would work?

Not a perfect solution, but I've filed the ends of Parker cartridges to shorten them a hair. I've had one in my kitchen for quite a while, it sometimes takes extra clicks to retract, but it does retract. Perhaps spending some time experimenting to finding an optimal length would result in 100% operation, but for my own use - close enough.
