Single pen case for Namiki Emperor?

Good Morning,

I recently acquired a Namiki Emperor in Vermillion Urushi.  It is too girthy for the few single pen cases I own, so I'm hoping someone can recommend a wide single pen case.  Even a two pen case would work if there are no dividers between the two slots.

I don't want to leave the pen just sitting on my desk, but it seems a bit of a production to take it out of the manufacturers packaging every time I want to use it.  I appreciate any suggestions.

 

Next stop, figuring out what ink to fill it with.  Leaning toward Aurora Black which I've never had a problem with and is a nice, dark black.

Pilot makes a single pen case (or "cylinder") specifically for the emperor (example link, can be found elsewhere).

 

There's a seller on Etsy who does similar style custom cases. My personal favorite though is UTTOKO, with their gorgeous kimono sleeves.

Dunhill had{has} a leather pen case that can fit a big pen. It is made of good quality and semi-flexible leather.
