Fountain-pen bought in Istanbul for identification

I have a fountain pen which i bought some 3-4 years ago in Istanbul. I am almost certain I bought it at a shop called "Panter Kırtasiye İç ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti.". When google translated it is "Panter Stationery Domestic and Foreign Trade Ltd. Co.". I checked the store website-" https://panter-kirtasiye.myshopify.com/ " but couldn't find the pen I was looking for. I was hoping to be able to find out, if possible, the exact model of the pen or possibly a similar recommendation. Appreciate any and all comments!

There is an engraving, in what I presume to be either Arabic or Turkish, which is visible on the grip of the pen as well as  the plunger refilling system.

That reminds me a lot of a Picasso. If so, they are made in China. I have on that works pretty good.

Just a note, that's not a plunger filler, it's a cartridge/converter filler.
