Crackling noise

I got a Mont Blanc 121, when I try to twist it out it goes normally, but when I try to twist it back it goes very easilly for a turn, then cracs and it is as hard to twist as to untwist from there.

I can see the a little triangle of the piston on the top of the pen and it doesn't move for the first twist twisting back.

First image is fully twisted out (I can't twist it more at that point), second is where it cracks and third is the back.

Do I twist it out too far? Do I just neked to fill it up a couple of times to get it going?

It fills and writes fine for now, but I don't want to break it.
