Aurora 88 Feed Repair Help

Recommended Posts

I have an Aurora 88 sterling silver with a "m" nib but without a feed, well without a working feed, it came with a plastic feed that was broken in half. Has anyone found a good replacement feed for the solid sterling 88?

Also, just out of curiosity, did these come with a plastic feed? I thought it might have originally come with an ebonite feed.

Thanks.

If it is the one that uses cartridges and converters, it should have a plastic feed. Aurora only uses the ebonite feed in the pens with the larger nibs such as the Talentum and the piston fillers. If you are looking for a feed, I'd consider sending it to Aurora for repair and they will swap the feed for you

Thank you for the feed info, I wasn't sure about the 88 816. I figured I would need to send it in to Aurora or Kenro, this is a pen I don't really want to risk tinkering with too much.

That model is supposed to have a plastic feed. It's the small model that takes cartridges and converters.
