What we can expect from Lamy next year? What will be the new colours of the Safari, Al-star, Studio and Scala? A new design?

Just in case anyone at Lamy is reading this thread...

...in 2025, I would like to see them make the Safari in 'Scarlet' (aka 'Matt Dark Red') that can be seen in a publicity photo in this ↓ post:

They made the 'Steel Black' version in that post, but I've seen neither hide nor hair of the 'Scarlet' one 😕

(Maybe I'm the only person who has ever expressed an interest in that colour/scheme? 🤷‍♂️)

Not the only one.  I would definitely be interested in that color with matte finish.  I have the bottom one on the way mainly because of the finish.  My cheaper matte charcoal Safari sees more use than my ALs or LX - they seem cold and harsh in comparison.

need orange colors

Lamy made some orange Safaris in previous years...

...so may feel that it cannot make any new iterations of orange Safari now.

They also (in 2015) did an orange Al-Star already ↓

Sadly, the prices that I've seen being asked for the orange Safaris are in the same highly elevated (nose-bleed) territory as the price for that Al-Star :(

Copper orange is a fantastic color. The pens were sold out quite early. Not to mention the ink, which also is beautiful. I still have cartridge packages, but I'm afraid to use them. 😄

If I were you I would start using them. Maybe for writing Christmas/birthday/congratulations cards, and personal letters.
You don't want to come to them one day and find that a significant amount of the ink has evaporated out of the cartridges.

E.g. I have been hoarding/eking-out my supply of my final cartridges of Parker Penman Emerald. I now have two or three of those left.
They have suffered significant evaporation of the solvents from them, and the ink is no longer quite the same as it was when I first got them (20+ years ago).

No one to write to. 🤷‍♂️

Well, you could have a look through the recent pages on the → 'Snail Mail Writing List' ← and the → 'Postcard Swap' ← threads here (or look out for the relevant badges in members' signatures), and see whether you fancy corresponding with anyone who has volunteered to take part in them.

Or even add your own name to the list(s) of members who are willing to take part in the fun in the relevant thread(s) .

If you did that, at least you could be reasonably confident of finding someone who might appreciate your use of a rare, discontinued orange ink to write your missives ;)

Wow!  I had no idea the orange one was LE - looks like the 2009.  I do not remember buying it and have often wondered why I would buy a orange Lamy [not exactly my favorite color] but that makes sense now.  Must have bought it simply because it was LE.

Thanks. But it would be fruitless. Trust me on that. 😉
