I recently came across this Waterman and paid $50 USD for it, for better or for worse.  Can someone help me with an ID?  I've used Google Lens but am leery of that tool so far and would rather hear from the brain-trust here on this forum.  It came with a plastic international cartridge installed (which will be easy enough to fill with the ink of my choice, but also withwhat  looks to be a Waterman proprietary cartrige that I've never seen before and know little about.  It also appears to be injured ...Is this cartridge suppoed to have a bladder beause what looks to be a pressure bar in its center is flopping loosely in the inside. Lastly, the Proof oF Purchase Card is in French wirth a Parisian street address on it dated sometime in 1984. No obvious signs of damage and the navy velvet case and leather sleeve are in lovely condition. Here are pics.  Thanks for your help

Waterman Le Man 100 or 200. If the feed is ribbed, 100. If the feed is plain, 200. Fantastic deal for $50. It is worth far more than that.

Thanks for the note Davis.  The collector and nib are having a nice soak at the moment.  Can you speak to anything about that metal cartridge pictiured?

I have many pens but only one other Waterman, an early 20's red hard-rubber with green mottling and a very flexible gold neb.  Sadly, at present it is spung though.  Saving my pennies to have it repaired in California.

Thanks again for the3 note.

It was an early version of a converter.  Squeeze style often used in the Waterman C/f pen.

Waterman 100, an early pen with the Hundredth-anniversary nib. Latter pens had different nibs.  It was a good buy for the price. You can use any international cartridge. Enjoy your pen.

Correct leather case and box included and a Waterman converter, all these things add up.

Many would pay $20 just for the leather case.

Greetings!

I think that Waterman takes late cartridge and converter, in fact, the pen has a late long waterman cartridge (International "mouth") and the converter is a CF one ...maybe I am wrong...🤔🤔

Regards.

Yup, looks like a man 200, probably a great pen; they use modern converters. The one showed does look like a cf converter, very rare in itself, to be used with... CF pens.
