Thanks but I cannot read the article without subscribing and if I sign in with my email address I get pestered with stroppy emails.

@amk I was able to access the article from your link.  Sort of.  But it seemed to be very sluggish, and when I checked to see if more of it had loaded, I got some weird popup which seemed to want me to log in -- and then when I checked again?  Got a message below the header in the window saying "This website was reloaded because a problem occurred."  Then when I checked again a few seconds ago, I got a popup basic saying someone had kindly made the page available, but it's still seems very sluggish.... 

I tried reloading it in a different window, instead of a different tab, and tossed it into the sidebar.  And will hopefully remember to NOT just automatically quit Safari when I log out of FPN, and can try reading it tomorrow....
