A query regarding presidential Parker 75 again

A seller with very good feedback is selling the following parker 75 presidential model on ebay:

I never saw this model of presidential anywhere else. Never knew it existed! Moreover, neither the cap nor the barrel has any hallmark or engraving that ensures that its solid 18k gold. The seller wrote to me that they have tested and found it to be solid 18k. But any such testing is likely to damage the cap or barrel and both are undamaged!

 

Could anybody here throw light on this? If its really Presidential, then it must be an extremely rare and collectible item, and the price would be quite justified.

It would indeed be unusual for an 18-carat solid gold pen to be without proper hallmarks on the cap and barrel, as seen on this 18K solid gold 75 Presidential.

The seller is indeed trustworthy, but if had a $2800 solid gold pen for sale I would have included detailed pictures of all the imprints that are present on the pen, especially those on the cap lip.
