My Pens to Date

Recommended Posts

These are my first 6 acquisitions.  I was slowly gathering them and keeping them in the office.

I am off Friday and Monday for my 2 days use/lose for the month, so thought I'd bring them home and try to do

some better photos.  I really like all these pens but the most expensive one, the Platinum, seems to be sort of a dry, faint writer;

but I see others have had issues with the 3776.  I will give it some use and if need be, like the Montblanc plan, eventually be at a show and have it looked at.

Thanks, Buford!  I'm taking my time contemplating what might be next though!

What's the one in the bottom of the photo (the one with the blue clip)?  It's an interesting material and I was wondering whether it was made out of ebonite (which has a nice warmth to it when I hold my ebonite pens (sadly only have a couple, and one of them the Ebonite Noodler's Konrad, seems to be missing parts at the moment... :crybaby:).

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

Let me guess!! It's a Nahvalur (Narwhal) Nautilus. I like Narwhals.

Never seen that color before, though.

@inkstainedruth @Buford  Yes Buford is right.  I got it from Galen Leather and it might

have been a shop exclusive--not sure.  It and the 823 are the least expensive pens of the 6 I have and I do

like them just as good as if not better than some of the others.  Website says it is European Ebonite.
