Parker ink well, with Parker Penmann Ruby ink.

Started a new one, in few look when more and more items are added. This was found at an estate sale over here in Germany. With Pelikan 200. I had nothing but trouble, in Imgur often don't take the picture and when I tried to load from my computer screen, the picture was up side down.

My wife says she has this happen to her all the time, she went in, rotated the picture, saved it to Word, copied and inserted.

Ruby takes for ever to clean out of a piston pen...The 200 and a odd mechanical pencil was in the Parker inkwell.

Stumpie? called it a burgundy, looks it, and cleaned out as pink and brown,

Clean it out pretty well, put in a paper towel, clean it out a second time, paper towel yet again.

There are a lot of other inks that take time to clean out of a piston pen.

:wacko: All that trouble, when I should have just put Ruby back in it....However red and purples often stain the ink window. So I'll let the pen dry out completely before reloading Penman Ruby.

Ransom Bucket cost me many of my pictures taken by a poor camera that was finally tossed. Luckily, the Chicken Scratch pictures also vanished.

Gorgeous! Usually not a fan of light wood, but this set has a depth of color that makes it, different.

Thanks for your wife for saving the day and enabling us to see that beauty!

Thank you, Anne-Sophie, my wife keeps an eye out for me.

It is astounding how few inkwells, and fountain pens, float around, and at Gasthaus's.

There is a live auction coming up, and there is no way money will last to the second day....but there are a couple of inkwells, (I don't have place for) I could get lucky with....same with a couple pictures we don't have wall space for.
