You found a good one, is the nib 18k or 14k? Just some reference information from me.

The first Sailor mini fountain pen 1963.

Please note the similarity of the clip.

 

Sailor Mini 21k 1969. It became a typical design that everyone knows.

By the way, I don't know if this is engraved on Sailor pens of this period, i.e. yours, but Sailor pens are said to have a 3-digit date on the section, etc. However, this code is not useful for your question this time because the second last digit of the year is omitted.
