I don't know if this is posted in the right place, so please educate me if it's not. 

 

I just wanted to say you guys are awesome! I have a Monteverde Ritma that was making me crazy because it was so dry. I followed the directions on the forum, and after a few little hitches along the way, I got it right! It's absolutely perfect now. Thanks for giving me the information and confidence to give it a try.
