7 Days in German customs.....and still not out...We had to call up DHL...

The software runaround is outstanding. I spent three hours and got nowhere yesterday. Today my wife two hours and got nowhere, until we finally had to go out of their software to find a telephone number.

If the company is DHL they have a tendency to be slow with ink items. It is also a way for them to charge for the added declarations to customs. I always ask to use another company with international deliveries. I have had slightly better results with FEDEX.
Royal Mail has actually been the least troublesome from the UK.

Royal Mail

From complaints on the com about Royal Mail, I expected longer. I was quite happy how fast they were two days to Germany.

German customs is so overwhelmed by the flood of super cheap junk from china that 3/4ts and more of the smuggled goods gets through.

We are having a German holiday .... Unification Day...this week, so in a couple weeks or a month more....some day before Christmas, my ink will arrive.

The good thing is, :doh:I can clean out my other fuller than hell dirty ink pen cup.

I got a pen from Rome, it also spent about a week around Milan, then magically appeared In London. Bizarre.

I  had a small package of paper from Amber, that went from Las Vegas, to LA then to Kansas City, to Miami, back to KC, then finely to Louisville and out, in only a week.
