Ebay, you will most likely have to buy a donor cap or a whole pen. You could also reach out to folks like Tom Westerich or the other vendors at penboard.de

I did look on eBay, and vendors seem to want more for a cap than the whole pen might be worth.

I do have my eyes out (an alert) for pens of that era suitable for spares. The clip on the Ibis isn't a pelican bill one, so I think it's only on a few models.

 

I guess patience is the name of the game.

Yeah, that teardrop shape was used in IBIS and pre-400 series Pelikans (and in Gimborn 150 also). It is about 3-4 mm shorter than the one for Pelikan 100 or 100N.

 

Patience, yes, that is indeed needed with most things ”vintage fountain pen” 😅
