I've learned that (no matter where a seller is located) to read the reviews -- especially the negative ones -- before sending a seller money.  And even then, with a seller who had 100% positive feedback?  I got somewhat screwed.  Heard from PayPal that the money had been refunded BEFORE I heard from EITHER PayPal or the seller (less than 48 hours after hitting the "buy" button at that).  And even though PayPal told me I couldn't provide feedback "because the transaction had been cancelled" I basically told them, "Hold my beer!" and did it anyway -- because *I* didn't cancel the transaction; the SELLER did!  Because clearly one of two things happened -- either the seller NEVER had the pen in question at ALL, or (after saying "X price or make an offer" and then ACCEPTING my offer) got a better one from someone else....  NEITHER of which meant that the seller deserved the 100% positive rating in ANY way, shape or form....

Well, at least the sellers seem to have been reputable enough to remove the listings (which, sadly, suggests that they were scammed as well).
