Barcelona?

I have a friend travelling to Barcelona Spain in a couple of weeks, they know a little about fountain pens but neither of us know where to look for vintage pens there. Additionally we don't know anyth8ng about the Spanish vintage fountain pens.. 

 

Where should I tell them to look/shop and what are the better brands to look for?

I looked here on the message boards but most of the information is pre-covid. So might be totally out of date.

 

I google searched and found one store but it appears they only sell modern pens.

 

So I am asking here as there are most likely members who live in that area or have traveled there recently and have more up to date information.

And because I am in Florida, Google sends me results that are about some Spanish pens that are being sold in the USA. Google tailors the results based on your location and language. So thanks for the assistance.... Guess my friend will have to ask the locals when they get there.

This association of fountain pen enthusiasts is from Barcelona and has its own blog. Try to get in touch with them (they provide an e-mail on the blog), they must know better than anyone how the fountain pen market is in Barcelona.

On Ebay there are several sellers from Barcelona who have old Spanish models. I have bought several Inoxcrom at a good price. If you are interested in something, you can ask them to send it to your hotel.

Right across Viena, on Carrer de Fontanella 17, there's also Casa de l'Estilogràfica with robust vintage offers. But it doesn't quite have Viena's Tintin, Astérix and Smurfs figurine collection :3
