There is a thread somewhere, where one fine poster put in at least 35 murky inks. I was 'shocked' to find out I had one...well perhaps more, but Herbin Vert Empire is murky. An ink I've not used in ages.

In reference to P. T. Barnum; to advise for free is foolish, ........busybodies are ill liked by both factions.

Ransom Bucket cost me many of my pictures taken by a poor camera that was finally tossed. Luckily, the Chicken Scratch pictures also vanished.

The cheapest lessons are from those who learned expensive lessons. Ignorance is best for learning expensive lessons.

I prefer to use water resistant inks and even waterproof inks for sketching (in case I add watercolor paint).  My favorites have lately been Noodler’s North African Violet and Sailor Seiboku for writing and DeAtramentis Document Sepia for drawing.
