Help asked with identification of a Parker

Hello I have this Parker in my collection but I don't know what Parker it is and I cannot find anything at the moment on the internet about this pen. Maybe the knowledgeable people can help. Here is the pen:

 

It is a very tine pen, next to a Parker Jotter ballpoint is is almost 1 cm shorter.

This is a French Parker 17 Lady Custom, 14 K gold nib, from the 1960's. It is much rarer than the English Parker 17 Lady, which has a hooded, Parker 51-like nib.
