Is this 14k gold?

Its a Parker Nib, marked R 7. Not sure but I was told it was 14K solid gold. Thanks

All of the  Parker nibs that I've tested have come up 14K.  That looks like Rob Lott's image on Five Star Pens.  Rob is to be trusted.  I buy nibs and parts from him.
