Looking for some info around a vintage Fountain pen and Ballpoint pen

I'm hoping some one could identify this pen. There are both fountain pen and ballpoint versions of this pen. It is very cheaply made with rather brittle plastic. Following is a complete example of the ballpoint version .

I also have an incomplete yellow fountain pen version of the same pen. Other than the section pen body is exactly the same internals are missing on it as well as the nib . unfortunately I couldn't find it to take a photo

Only indication of the origin is the letters in the cap clip.for size comparison following is it against an vintage esterbrook

Design wise I don't think it's that old. Would love to hear from some one that might know something about these pens  any info is greatly appreciated.
