Anyone making Piston or Vac filling pens

Hi all

 

I have progressed my pen making from the usual kit pens moving onto kitless/Bespoke/Custom and getting good results but now want to step up my game and make either a Piston filler or a Vac filler, but there is very little info out there on this subject.

 

Anyone on here progressed down this route, care to share your techniques.

 

I suppose a Vac filler could be the easiest as I have repaired a few Sheaffer Vac fillers so understand how they work and have a few rods and seals in my spares box.  Just need to make the seal holder.

 

Anyone else doing this.
