Diamine Inkvent 2024!

I love these annual boxes, and was quite happy to see Cult Pens is taking preorders for the new one, available October 18.  And this year's box is black.  "As far as we know at this stage, their names will be Wilted Rose, Noble Fir, Grotto, Lemon & Lime, Vibe, Cosmic Glow, Cranberry, Nutmeg, Good Tidings, Tundra, Wishing Tree, Pine Needle, Baltic Breeze, Forest Gateau, Fruit Cocktail, Icy Lilac, Potpourri, Marley, Lullaby, Sleigh Ride, Salted Caramel, Winterberry, Mint Twist, Chilly Nights and Snow Globe."

I am sad that the bottles are plastic and not glass. I love these samplers.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Yes, I agree, but as far as I know Diamine has never used a glass bottle for anything under 50 ml.  I actually really dislike the 50 ml glass bottles for the individual Inkvent inks, they use up way too much storage space.

Diamine Registrar comes in 30mL glass bottle, so they could do it!

I too dislike the Inkvent "snowflake" bottles and always try to decant these inks in something else.

Much as I love the entire shebang, I find the £88 price for this years calendar  quite bracing ...

Eek, that IS asking a bit much. £50 would seem fairer...

Good to see you back, Amber. Not seen you around for a while.

Funnily enough I always liked those bottles. Makes a change from Diamine's less 'interesting' bottles.

I got the email which didn't mention a price. I was toying with the idea of getting into it this year having never done it before but not at that price!

Last year's calendar had so little that I was interested in (I followed the reveals) that I did not follow up with a single ink of interest. Is demand for these calendars not declining over time (It is for me). I wonder....

The first year the bottles were little glass cylinders.

Thank you. I'm not around much but I'm still kicking!

Interesting about the first year glass bottles, I didn't know that.  La Couronne had a sale of the entire 25 in 50 ml bottles, and that was my introduction to Inkvent.  Since then I've gotten the calendars, with the plastic bottles.
