I was there for awhile Saturday morning. Was glad to see attendance by such a wide variety of people. I was especially glad to see so many younger people there. This was my first pen show, so I have no idea if this is the norm. But, it's always seemed like fountain pens are an "older" people thing, at least from what I've seen.

I was also glad to see so many vendors, who filled the place and overflowed out into the foyer.

I've been to a lot of other types of shows, and I don't know that I've ever encountered such a friendly bunch of people, both attendees and vendors. I enjoyed some banter with several people, and got to look at a ton of pens. It was a good day.

Well I had a great time selling, buying and talking about fountain pens with the many attendees!  What a well put together show! Came home with a Parker 51 flighter cap actuated pencil to go with my Flighter 51 and a fun Montblanc 220 with a fine flexy nib.  Will definitely be back next year!

My Wife finally worked up the courage last night to ask me if anything followed me home.

I was a good (or bad, depending on perspective) boy, and did not leave with any new pens or inks.

A couple of points of interest (for me):

- The Sheaffer pen recovered from the USS Arizona

- The Warren Penny Pens from the 1890s, and a chat about them with Dan Wible.

I'll definitely go back next year as well.
