Swap a Triumph nib

Any tips on removing this nib to swap it to this gold nib?

 

I'm starting with dry heat, however, perhaps there is a better way!

Pull the feed.  It pull straight out the back.  Dry heat to loosen the nib, but with the feed out it's easier to grip the nib.  I use a rubber mesh grippy pad.  Reseat the feed once the nib is in place, making sure that the feed is centered under the slit in the nib.

Ok so grab onto the black part at the end and pull from the blue part I'm thinking
