Smile, I wasn’t aware such a word like Doppelgänger is in use in English language 😄

Oh, yes -- that's one of those words that was imported and not changed and means exactly the same as what it means in German....  I think it's even pronounced the same way in English.

I'm glad to know that Klimt is similar to Tolstoy. I had the foresight to buy several bottles of Tolstoy, so I don't need this one.

Rationalizing pen and ink purchases since 1967.

On my screen it looks a lot like Herbin Bleu de Minuit… which is among my favorite blues.

It's hard work to tell which is Old Harry when everybody's got boots on.

This is a lovely deep blue which I am considering buying... But the price. I wish MB would produce their inks at least 20% cheaper! That said, in my experience all their inks flow beautifully and perform reliably so perhaps the luxury price is justified...

Deleted for grumbling about prices.....nice shading ink.

In reference to P. T. Barnum; to advise for free is foolish, ........busybodies are ill liked by both factions.

Ransom Bucket cost me many of my pictures taken by a poor camera that was finally tossed. Luckily, the Chicken Scratch pictures also vanished.

I have now found a bottle of the Gustav Klimt blue and it is as attractive as I had hoped. It is (at least on the papers I have tried it on) a dark blue with slight teal hues- reminding me of Iroshizuku Shin-Kai. A particularly nice feature of this ink is its excellent lubrication, as in all the Montblanc inks I have used.  Definitely an ink I would recommend to those who like writing in slightly unconventional deep blue inks!
