Waterman Laureat - but which versions?

I have recently purchased an unidentified Waterman on EBay (lets call it No. 1) which, now I have received it, seems to be a Laureat. However it differs from the Laureat (No. 2) I already have in four small ways;

1. On No. 1, the clip joins the cap at a right angle whereas on No. 2 it joins the cap on a curve.

2. On No. 1, the last couple of millimetres at the very end of the 'black bit' at end of the barrel  is stepped down and has the 'loopy W' stamped on the end, whihc is flat.  On No. 2, the black bit is a constant diameter, has no markings and the end is rounded.

3. On No. 1, the clip is marked with the 'loopy W' whereas on No.2 it has the hexagon

4. There are different markings on the nib

 

Some explanatory photos are attached. Can anyone identify which versions these are with possible dates of production?

I think that, by reference to the clip, my No.1 is confirmed as  Laureat I and so on. I perhaps should have mentioned that the end of the barrel of No. 1 will unscrew which the Laureat II doesn't.

You are right in identifying Lauréat I and II

However (I have several Lauréats I and II) in both versions, the end of the barrel can be unscrewed. Then, in Lauréat I, this unscrewed end of the barrel has no ring (the ring still sits on the barrel), while in Lauréat II, this unscrewed end of the barrel has the ring. Unscrewing the section, in Lauréat I, the section has no ring, while in Lauréat II, the section has the ring. Consequently, the barrel, with the end and section unscrewed, in Lauréat I has both rings, and in Lauréat II it has no ring.

Other difference (other than already mentioned in the first post): visible part / backside of feed in Lauréat I: flat, while in Lauréat II grooved. Lauréat I was produced ~1985-1990; Lauréat II followed it up. Hope this is helpful.
