Pilot 743 nib compatible ebonite feeder has been developed.

this feed is only compatible with specially designed grip section.

after completing the 742 feeder, i went on to continue working for the 743 feeder.

when developing the 742 feeder, I studied the intricate form of the pilot nib root form.

so working on 743 was much easier, thanks to the experience.

surprisingly, 742 and 743's nib root form is exactly identical.

so i can actually install 743 onto 742 ebonite feeder.

however, due to difference of the nib length, actual use is impossible.

so, using 742 feeder as base, i changed important parameters so it will fit 743 perfectly.

consequently, development was facilitated.

completion of this research means i mastered developing ebonite feeder for pilot nibs.

next i will work on ebonite feeder for Aurora.

thank you.

I have bought a Pilot Custom 743 with an FA nib direct from Japan as the UK price was above what I was happy to pay.  Even paying 56 UKP to Fedex for the customs charges there was still a saving of over 120 UKP.  The pen should be arriving in the next couple of days.

Whilst researching this pen I watched many YouTube videos that advised that an ebonite feed was a worthy upgrade.  So far I have only found one US vendor selling them at a reasonable 30 USD, but the postage is crippling at 48 USD, which seems a huge price for a small ebonite feed's shipping.

One heads up is that this feed is only designed for the Eureka Pens pens. It's made to fit in their special grip section. It's not a drop in replacement for Pilot pens. If you want a drop in replacement, you would have to get the one from the US vendor

Stolen: Aurora Optima Demonstrator Red ends Medium nib. Serial number 1216 and Aurora 98 Cartridge/Converter Black bark finish (Archivi Storici) with gold cap. Reward if found. Please contact me if you have seen these pens.

Please send vial orders and other messages to fpninkvials funny-round-mark-thing gmail strange-mark-thing com. My shop is open once again if you need help with your pen.
