Any companies out there mixing ink to a Pantone or hex code?

I have a couple of custom inks from Kiwi Inks. They have a color wheel sort of thing and you can select a color (an almost infinite choice) from that and it will show you the hex code. But if you know the hex code you can specify that and get that color. It's not cheap, $30 for a 30 ml bottle plus shipping, but the two that I got are quite true to what I selected (manually, not by hex code). You can also select the wetness level you want. I recommend them for this sort of thing.
