Help identifying the name of this ink

This ink caught my eye. The link only took me to the opening page on Pinterest, not the person who posted it.  I would so like to know the name & manufacturer of this ink. Is it familiar to anyone?

This is from Stationery store in Shizuka, Kobayashi. Named based on historical figures, manufacturer is tono Lims.

Looks great , though expensive and quality is meh.

Thank you so much for identifying the ink and for your opinion on its quality!  Whew!  Sometimes it's just the thrill of the chase versus all rational thought!

Glad to be able to provide the information you needed.
Ink swatch is like any other visual promotion. It always looks drool worthy enough you want to buy it , but it doesnt show you how it behaves on FP, your fav paper etc. 
Especially when those ink swatches are done with a dip pen instead of a FP.
Let's just say, I learnt that the hard way
