A vintage Conklin Crescent filler from the #JuliaGusano workshop. It has such a beautiful flex nib. Do you see that sharp snapback?

Does anyone know the exact name/model number of this Conklin Crescent filler?

What I know:
1 It is all metal, but for the black section.
2 It is about 5” long, capped.
3 It is a crescent filler.
4 It has the “checkerboard engine turning” or “basketweave” pattern on its gold-filled body (or holder finish).
5 It has a clip with “Conklin Pat.5-28-18” engraved on it.
6 It has a screw cap with a 1/4 gold band.
7 The nib is flex, has a crescent breather hole, has the following engraved one line at a time: “Conklin”, “2”, and “Toledo”.
8 Its crescent button has “Conklin” on one side and “PEG US”, “Crescent” within a crescent border, and “PAT.OFF.” on the other side.
