Who can identify this very thin fountain pen?

The Andersons showed one in the vintage pen section of their weekly video podcast yesterday (time stamp 10:23). They said the cartridges are still available.

I was wondering if this was the case, since all the pens in the product descriptions on the second-hand market and in the Japanese blog posts were labeled with the model name Candy Slim, but I found the following image.

The Japanese labeling but the ink box is printed "Chalana & Slim Candy".
