Please help me to identify this fountain pen

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum, sorry if this is not right section. Few years ago I gifted my friend this beautiful pen, It suppose to be Italian Cerruti 1881, It comes in "leather" box, and the pen is covered with "leather" (maybe real, maybe not, I guess not) with white stitching, and two color gold/silver nib (probably not real gold, idk), but when I saw it I fell in love with it and she even more. I remember that guy who sold mi that had really big and expensive collection, but I've lost his contact so I cannot ask him. Now my sister got I job as a teacher so I'm searching for new gift for her, and I realized there is nothing like that pen, even on Cerruti 1881 site, maybe similar but nothing like that. Can you help me find out what model is it, is maybe some Chianese copy, I wuld really like to find out...but at this point I don't want to ask her to look closely at it or take a picture of nib engravings, I don't want to disappoint her if its some fake nock-off.
