@Tashi_Tsering The simplicity of this one is its beauty. It’s calming and restful, like sitting by a pond.

That makes it even better! I love celluloid, and blue is my favorite color 💙

I'm not sure what my favorite color is. But more than 50% of the pens in my collection are black. :D

Black is my choice when there’s no blue, and the color I dress in the most. I have no idea what the color percentages are in my collection. I was going to add whatever pens are missing from my collection to all the color threads this week.

That’s a rather understated Montegrappa, @Tashi_Tsering. Is there a name for this pattern? I quite like it.

Sorry, I don’t know. Something from Art Deco, judging by the name of the model.

Most pens that are affordable no matter what era, were black and gold outside the cap ring less War pens.

Some 7-8 years ago I vowed not to buy any more black pens.....I didn't even wait to the new year to break that vow.:wallbash:

When we do a black pen thread...I'll get my wife angry by twisting her arm to use her handy to make pictures of my very many pure black pens......not counting Pelikan pens with black caps.

I was thinking of a white and cream pen club, which would lead to black pen club. But black pens could come first. @Penguincollector and I have mostly swapped starting the threads. I think I’m behind though.  We can get black and white/cream pens as the next if she agrees.

Montegrappa Beauty Book, Man version (a women's version was also released, but in a different color and slightly smaller size)

This pen is made of celluloid, not silver. But it's definitely silver :) And I like its shape.

This is my favorite era of fountain pens. Slim pens that are mostly c/c, easy to use and clean.  They are so elegant.
