Faulty factory text on the Pelikan ring of the cap

I have two interesting pieces in my modest Pelikan collection. The inscription on the ring of the cap is incorrectly placed. I don't know how common this is, or is it as rare as misprinting on stamps? Has anyone encountered this phenomenon?

I wonder if that would add to the value of the pen?

Much like that early print copy of the Bible with a typographical/ print setting error in a part of the decalogue: You shall commit adultery. Worth a lot of money now especially if your a celebrity!

Very interesting!  In the world of coin collecting, "double strikes" can command a significant premium in value.  Not sure about that in pens....
