Can you identify this Pelikan?

Dear Colleagues,

Can you help identify this Pelikan Fountain Pen?. It has two chicks in the nest on the nib, but the rest is a mystery.

(Is this a good writer ?)

It looks to be the Pelikan - Delta (possible manufacturer, not name) as seen here.

yes your right - the shape of the body resembles the model that Delta would use for its pens. 

I’m pleasantly surprised as to how different manufacturers sometimes partner up to produce a pen.

The nibs not 14 or 18k, the cap doesn’t screw on - so it’s not a medium or high end model. 

What kind of price do you think this model would attract on the open market ?.

Another Pelikan that slipped out of my hands! - it sold for £61 British pounds - $75 bucks. That price is near a second user M200.
