Request ID of unusual emblem stamped on Wearever Combo

The Wearever Combo below arrived via a lot of "For parts or Repair" pens from you know where.  It has an unusual marking stamped on the barrel that has me baffled.  It looks (to me) like a swordsman with drawn sword but that is just a guess.  I'm hoping the collective brain of FPN can enlighten me.  What does this represent?  It's the only Wearever I have seen with something like this stamped on it.  If any of you have a name/model identification on this particular pen that would also be appreciated.
