Please help me ID this Waterman lever filler (possibly 1940s or 1950s?)

I am looking at one that looks exactly the same as the one here, except the one I am looking at is a conventional nib, not stub, possibly F, with a little flex: https://traditiondelecriture.com/en/stylo-plume/205--waterman-ballpoint-pen-standard-lever-1940.html

The nib is 18k, like the one at the link, and, unfortunately the nib number (size?) is mostly buried under the section - could be a "2" or and "8".

Oops - found it already. Model 4853.

Maybe some help with the nib, please? The nibs with a "3" have the "3" that's flat on top, not curved. Sorry for the low resolution image.
