The Tokyo International Pen Show 2023 started today, but we won't be going until Sunday.

That ink from Kingdom Note is actually in my wish list ( just added in case I need to buy something to add up for free local shipment)
I will be waiting for your review. I have two of that whole Kingdom Note series, I like them but I have to say, their ink swatch really isnt very helpful .

Thank you, @Misfit.  I'm doing ModPo this year(part but not all the reason I haven't been around here much), so I have all sorts of odd poetry tidbits running inside my brain.  No shopping this time, but I was due for a pen maintenance day, anyway.

I held to my commitment not to buy anything this year, but use what I have. In addition to my usual Journaling, I wrote three letters/cards this weekend instead.

Cool to see you here. I hope you stick around. I’d post more on Reddit, but I’d have to use my laptop. Then I’d have to download my iPhone photos to the laptop to post them on Reddit online on the laptop. Reddit doesn’t let smart phone users post photos when using the phone to look online at Reddit. I tried the app, and you can post photos, but my the information they collect through the app. I tend to use my iPhone to look at email, online, most everything.

I really love that every thing is SO organized here instead of reddit being a huge junk yard you have to go over everything to search for information or topics that you are interested in.
But I feel a bit overwhelmed with so many things to read/follow here (is that such a thing ? ) haha. I am still struggling to find where all the buttons are !
Unable to post photos directly to reddit sure is a big issue. I have enough apps in my phone and I seriously dont want to download another apps I seldom use just to upload a few photos irregularly.

@Particular_Song3539 It is overwhelming at first. Looking at New Content is a good way to see what is being discussed. There are sub forums for pen brands, but not all pen brands. There are regional sub forums for areas and the pens made there. I like the Index of Ink Reviews. But because of FPN updates and server moves, photos from outside sources can be missing from reviews. 
 

If you click on my or anyone’s username, it will take you to our profiles to see what we’ve commented on recently. That’s similar to Reddit. 
 

Maybe we can make a thread to talk more about Hobonichi and Travelers Notebooks.

TN is another rabbit hole that fuel up my FP craziness . (or my FP rabbit hole is fueling up my TN craziness ??)
I just ordered a Galen TN cover in Ocean blue because that color is to die for !!! 

as for Hobonichi, that is another rabbit hole I am trying to avoid but it seems like every body around me are fans and talk about them non stop

I got two covers, just because. Well I liked the name Cloudy Moon. And I liked the name and color of Apple Cinnamon.  So I got them in A5 and A6 respectively. No plans to buy Hobonichi planners. @A Smug Dill shared when 2023 free Hobonichi notebooks with old Tomoe Paper were on sale on Amazon. I got those since they are notebooks and not planners. 
 

The thread I started stalled, but we can talk about TN stuff there!

 

Oh and Galen!  Silly me thought they were a US company until I found a Kaweco pen they had.  Then I learned they are in Turkey. Such nice people too. I’d like their Kaweco Sport size pen holder. The trouble is, I’ve become a vegetarian since late last year. That makes me want to avoid leather. Yet I did get the Olive TN. So I don’t know. It is a nice looking pen case.

Yeah, I love how we choose which color to buy according to the name as if we were choosing ice cream 🤣
I definitely DO not need more notebook, paper, or notebook shaped book etc 😅

I understand the struggle of vegetarian trying to find the best material for the stationery. I feel like there is no win win situation because other types of materials are not perfect in terms of environment friendly as well, so whatever make your comfortable , go with it.  💗
