Pendemonium Orders are now Shut Down

JungleJim

Recommended Posts

For those who know them ( or of them ), Sam and Frank run Pendemonium and are wonderful people. They have been around the Pen show scene for a very long time. Unfortunately, Frank is now in hospice care and they are stepping back from their website for the foreseeable future, effective 03 October.

Please keep them in your thoughts.

Thank you for sharing this information.  They are wonderful people and a great couple.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Frank will be very missed!  I feel, with time Sam will be back on the show circuit and likely have Pendemonium back up and running.

Two of the best people in the biz. I've been a very satisfied customer for over 20 years and will keep them in my thoughts.

Wow I'm late to the game. I just bought my first vintage Conklin from Sam and Frank about four months before he passed. He was so lovely on the phone and it's tearing me up that he's gone, can't imagine how Sam is doing. Haven't been on this board in forever but felt the need to necropost because Frank deserves it! Such an awesome human every time I talked to him 😭

The fountain (and dip) pen community (as well as humanity as a whole) have lost a great deal -- I keep coming across references to parts and nibs and repair supplies that turn out to have been regularly sold by Frank & Sam... but are available literally nowhere else. I sincerely hope that someday Sam is able to reopen Pendemonium. If it ever does, I'll get in line with everyone else hoping to be one of the company's customers.

Sam and both Sam's & Frank's families are in my prayers - grief is a painful thing, especially around birthdays, anniversaries, and the holidays.
