Lamy 2000: nib blocked.

Greetings to everyone! I need your advice: I have a beautiful example of Lamy 2000 from 1969 in my hands. It has an M nib that writes very well, and the whole pen works well; but I can't get the nib out of the section it's as if it were glued! I tried leaving it to soak in distilled water for two nights, but there was nothing to do! It doesn't move an inch! I don't want to force it too much because I'm afraid of deforming the nib! Does anyone have any advice for me? Greetings to everyone!

I changed the nib of my Lamy though from 2016. It does not come out from the front.

I gently pushed out the feed and nib from the front and out it came from the back of the section. Then pulled out the nib from the feed like other Lamys

Regards

Thank you Subbu68, I do exactly that, I have several LK2s and I know how to remove the nib. But this is a special case, it doesn't move even after an ultrasound bath... I really don't understand!

I have the same problem...my pen was bought from ebay so maybe some previous user glued it.

Or...my pen is from the first batches, quite old. Could it be that Lamy glued the nibs in those first years?

Anyway, I am afraid to push harder.

I'm afraid of glue too, so I don't want to force the nib. The fact that Lamy put glue in the first models seems strange to me, the nib was advertised as interchangeable... or am I wrong?
