Yiren 22kt-Plated Nib Gunmetal Fountain Pen Seeks Compatible Screw Converter For Smooth Smooth Refills

I have a Yiren fountain pen that apparently has been re-branded a million times by many different Chinese sellers. I bought it as a Primrose Pennington Braxton, but it is available by many other names. It writes very smoothly, and I like it, even though it was not very expensive to purchase.

I need to find a screw mechanism converter that lets me refill easily. It appears that the standard converter has a 3.4mm bore to connect smoothly on the bottom of the nib mechanism, but mine apparently requires a 3.9mm bore. I am currently using an old Cross screw converter, which works well, except that the widest part of the converter barrel fits too snugly in the inside of the pen barrel. This means that I have to use needle-nose pliers to pull the converter from the barrel before performing the refill procedure. This is both inconvenient and slowly damages the bore of the converter, so eventually it'll start to leak.

Amazon features screw converters with 2.6mm bores and others with 3.4mm bores. The ones that suggest that they work with 95% of Chinese-made pens have never met my 5-percenter Yiren.

I'd appreciate any info on how to source a converter for a pen of definite origin but indefinite retailer provenance.

Thanks for any and all insights.
