I have a friend with this Waterman roller ball pen.  I'm not an expert on Waterman's but I've seen a few in my day.  I've never seen this one and was wondering if anyone could help identify it by model and approximate value?  It's new, in the box, never been used.

this is a Waterman Phileas, 

The Phileas was a rather inexpensive model, the fountain pens with steel nibs; search for Watermann Phileas
