I don´t see their website anymore and mainly see their pens through third party retailers.  Who does servicing for their pens from a few years ago?

Recent history...The WAHL-EVERSHARP COMPANY ceased independent operations in 2020.  The manufacture, sales and distribution shifted to The Pen Family.  After-market or out-of warranty repair is conducted under what was the WAHL-EVERSHARP Company's parent: Pensbury Manor LLC. www.pensburymanor.com.

Syd,

I have found that your pens have been the most successful revival of a company name.  I appreciate the great quality of your pens and your great care to do it right, in honor of the originals.

Thanks for taking the time to say so.  Our own internal motto shared with dealers has been:

The History Sells the Pen.  For us the history included the basic design integrity of the model shapes and styles.  You dont have to read the name on the pen to know what it is...Vintage or New, You know our pens on sight from across the room!

Sir William Lyons of Jaguar once said “I never want a Jaguar to ever be mistaken for another brand.”

I think you achieved and sustained that stewardship Syd.

Thanks for that from the fan club.

Well, when after taking a long break from browsing FP websites due to persistent penury, I visited FPH's site and noticed that a lot of things I'd seen 1-2 years ago were seemingly missing.  The Wahl-Eversharp pens were among them, and I knew I'd find the answer to my puzzled puzzling on this forum.  I don't visit this site that often, but I appreciate everyone here for their knowledge and passion.

That big, fat Decoband pen was my grail for a while.  Not to be, but that's fine by me; there are so many other choices from what I've seen in the past week.  My noggin is a-dizzying with all the beauts.

A very late reply...Production of the DECOBAND was interrupted in mid 2023 in order to make way for the upcoming DECOBAND II which will have a number of modifications and which requires some retooling.  The outer appearance of the pen will not change except in on maybe too small to notice element.  So your grail destiny may not be entirely over!  And I believe FPH will be among the very first to offer it.
