Help Identify/Request for Info - Petti-Pen (Made in Canada) ???

I am seeking information on a pen I purchased used from a antique shop here in Alberta, Canada.

approx. 4.5" capped and 4.2" uncapped. (11.7cm/10.7cm) diameter is about 0.43" or 1.1cm

lever filler. 2 turns to uncap.

on body Petti-Pen stamped above Made in Canada  (blue & grey swirl plastic? celluloid?)

the nib is short and quasi hooded, semi-flex, with no visible markings. round breather hole.

the feeder is plain and looks like many mass produced ebonite/plastic ones with a flat bottom and shallow ribs.

there is a lot on the section, written as below:

U.S.DES.PAT.
NO.142751
G.B.REGD
843021

CANADIAN
?ES.PAT.
?4033

? there are scratches/polish by use (closer to nib on section) that may have destroyed a character. May be an "R," may be a "1."

I have not found anything in Google, FPN, FPG, through any patent office in Canada, US, or UK. Though, I do admit that I don't understand how these numbers are assigned or are best searched.

I don't have a good camera to take close up shots. The pen is working. It appears to have been re-sacced fairly recently and put together out of alignment (lever vs. nib). There are some teeth marks on the butt. This pen posts nicely.

Help?!

I don't know, but that looks like a pretty nice pen.

If you are to be ephemeral, leave a good scent.

It's pretty good. A smidge of feedback going left but can't complain for the price! :D
