That’s probably dependent on whether gold counts as yellow… 🤔

And now I'm thinking of an old thread from when I first started on here, called "Show Us Your Silver Pens".  Gold doesn't particularly attract me (although I think I have one or two -- trying to remember about yellow pens) -- but sterling?  Absolutely! :puddle:  I now have a few sterling or sterling overlay pens -- the Parker 75 Ciselé, and a couple of Morrison ringtops (one with the filigree overlay design and one that has an engraved overlay).

Of course Pakman showing off his Y-o-L Viceroy Victorian Grande in that thread just pushed me over the edge....  It would be too big and heavy for me, but a "Standard" is the Grail Pen for me (of course, it's ALSO the "when I win the lottery" pen because that's the only way I'd even be able to afford a Standard size VV...). Sigh....  (This is why I warn new people about the evil enablers on this site, BTW.... :headsmack:).

Back on topic.  I don't think I have a LOT of green pens (probably have more blue ones, since I tend to prefer blue in general) but have to get them all lined up at some point for "group photo" day -- which is NOT today, or any time this week, and possibly not NEXT week either...).  Let's see, there's a few green barrel Pelikans in various sizes/models, and a couple of green Vacumatics (an Emerald Pearl and a Green Shadow Wave), and a cute little Good Service lever filler ringtop that I haven't gotten around to getting restored yet -- it clearly needs a new sac but the lever moves freely.  Trying to remember what else I have in the way of green pens....

I got three pens in the mail today, including a green one. The top pen is a Nebula Eco in gray. The green and blue pens are Jinhao 82 with bent nibs.

Today I am using a Parker Duofold International in "American Express" Green with a fine nib. Back in the '80s, American Express offered a fountain pen and ballpoint in this color only to their cardholders. They did not make one in the Centennial size. The pen is inked with Akkerman Hofkwartier Groen.

I only have one green pen.  A Parker, and came down from family - not quite sure who.  For reasons I have never solved, it writes 'noisily' by which I mean it isn't 'scratchy', but makes a soft burr noise as it moves over the paper.  It also regularly floods the inside cap.  I got it out to photograph, but hasn't been used in nearly 50 years I guess.  (Looks blue in photo, but is in fact green).

Uhu is a well known glue.

Here is a '50/60's pen and an ink bottle.

AfZ17lM.jpgEmei2kJ.jpg

Italian, 1948 Columbus piston pen. Parker never trademarked it's Arrow in someone had used it before them. 5NNG7mh.jpgkMqIAhl.jpg

A scarce Geha 780...'60's pen, semi-flex. After a decade here and having pushed Geha semi-flex pens, someone shocked me with having 4-5 of these pens that I'd never heard of. :huh:5rhiDcF.jpg

The green pen is a '94 I think, Pelikan Hunter LE Toledo.

7Dxvslb.jpgAustrian, Rusewe, mid-late '50's semi-flex but not a stub.

I also have a Pelikan 120 which has a green body, and so does the Italian made/made for Italy 151.

100, 100n, three-four 400's, 400nn. A marbled green 381 and a similar marbled green Celebry. The 381 is the second one from the right.

It's too unclear in the pen box but a camouflage pre-war???Wearever MP/FP.

:D Wenn schoen, dann schoen as the Germans say.....if so, then over do. tbSp6rI.jpg

I have many more green pens than I thought.

In reference to P. T. Barnum; to advise for free is foolish, ........busybodies are ill liked by both factions.

Ransom Bucket cost me many of my pictures taken by a poor camera that was finally tossed. Luckily, the Chicken Scratch pictures also vanished.
