Pilot Custom 743 Coming to North America For First Time!

Just hours ago, Pilot made an announcement our customers have been hoping for over a period of many years - the Pilot Custom 743 Black is coming to the North American market, and with it the notched #15 14k FA nib.

A cartridge-converter pen that is the same size as the piston-fill Custom 823, the  Custom 743 Black offers the opportunity to get our noted Spencerian customization on a gold trim pen that is slightly longer than the also popular Custom Heritage 912. And with nibs also available in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, and Double Broad, this is a pen suitable for any writing style and any nib customization.

The first pens are expected to arrive in mid-March, and pre-orders are now being accepted. Retail $420, our price $336.

Pilot Custom 823 is not a piston filler, it is a plunger vacuum filler.
