Help ID this Sheaffer Ballpoint pen

A while ago, I manage to dig this Sheaffer Ballpoint pen out of an old closet.  I only know that its a Sheaffer (because the brand is on the pen), but I donno the model, from which period, etc.  I hoping someone can help me out.  Here's the pictures.

It is still fitted with I believe the original refill that it comes with.  It still writes, but very sticky / not smooth feeling.  Its a very thin pen, similar to pencil width/diameter.

Thanks for the name!  Yeah I know typically to ID a pen, some of these parts are where people typically focuses on.

 

Searching for Sheaffer Fashion ball point, lands me on a page of Peyton Street Pens.  Looking at the pictures, yes, it is same as my pen.  So its circa 1990..

And it has a matching Fountain Pen version.
